What is the Shipping Policy?

Our shipping date varies depending upon which product you purchase.

Due to high volume orders, please allow at least 7-10 business days for you to receive your luxury product. You will also receive a tracking number with your order and are more than welcome to contact us at info@layaluxuries.com for any further questions or updates of your package.

Please understand that the shipping time is an estimate and our orders typically ship out a lot faster than the given dates.

Do we accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or provide any exchanges or refunds. Due to the fact that all of our products are not meant to be resold if opened by customer, we cannot accept any returns. It would be unsanitary to accept opened/used products. For that reason we are confident that we provide you with the absolute best service and products. We work extremely hard to ensure that no mistakes are made. However if an unforeseeable event occurs and requires further assistance to make sure you are more than happy with your purchase and our service, you may contact us using the information below and we will take care of you.

Does our hair growth oil work?

Absolutely! Our hair growth oil is 100% made of all natural oil (which are listed in the product description). It only contains ingredients that either promote, stimulate, or maintain hair growth. It has also treated other problems such as dry scalp and thinning. It works for all hair types!

The owner of Laya Luxuries (Laya Risper) is a licensed cosmetologist that graduated from Paul Mitchell. This formula was created based on research and results that she seen and learned as a licensed professional.
